"I texted the company and asked them if they can do the liner replacement. He said he can do the replacement at 7 am on May 29. I informed him that I was having issues procuring the exact skimmer and was told that he would guide me on the day the project was scheduled ( May 29). I asked if he’s confirming for that date and was given a thumbs up in the text. I sent him two messages during the week before the scheduled installation and both times he confirmed for the 29. Around 7:30 am on the 29, I asked for his eta, only to see his reply that he is booked. He apparently had 7 openings which he forgot to look at his schedule. Seriously. Don’t people know their word is their bond. How can u trust someone who had 7 pool openings but forgot he was so booked because he didn’t look at his schedule. SMH"

To refill a hot tub after winter, start by opening up the tub and giving it a quick cleaning. If you use antifreeze, drain out the water then grab a hose and thoroughly clean the tub shell out, spraying water into each jet of the tub.

  • Before using the hot tub, have a certified electrician thoroughly inspect your hot tub and its wiring to make sure you’re in full compliance with all applicable local building codes.

You should drain your hot tub, wipe away any slimy residue, then refill the water and use a spa purge product that prevents the buildup of biofilm.
