Very good communication, prompt response and estimate of cost for the job. Very good work at a fair price. Brandon was very responsive and answered text and voice message promptly. The work was done when agreed to at the fair quoted estimate. Worked even in the rain to complete the job. I will definitely call them the next time I need trimming or removal of the trees on my property. It has been like pulling teeth to get some other local contractors to even return calls or provide an estimate. This was a totally different experience. Recommended!

Brendon was professional and helpful in cleaning up our yard this fall when we were unexpectedly not able to do it ourselves. He gave us a fair price and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend using Frank's Tree Service.

Brandon was friendly, punctual, and did a great job cutting down some small trees and some shrubbery. He did a great job cleaning up, too! I will hire him in the future.

He does very good job. Listens to what you need done. He was only going to trim the white birch, but found a very large rotten spot so I told him to down the tree. cleaned up all around the lawn and driveway. Very knowledgeable polite young man. I hired another company for the tree that I needed removed because they came first, being in the neighborhood. Then Frankâ s contacted me and I hired him to take down another tree which turned out to be 6 trees. Then Furgusonâ s called me and actually does other yard work that needs doing so I plan to call them as well. All were very pleasant and helpful.

Frank did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything and removed all of the debris. He did it on time and as scheduled. I would definitely use him again.

The "person in charge"- Brendon- was very cooperative- had good ideas and was enthusiastic about his planning of the job. His timing was fine,. His work crew was pleasant, polite, neat and cooperative. It is difficult to assess his work. Refer to the following comments: YOU REFERRED HIM TO ME-I HAD REQUESTED "YARD MAINTENANCE" AND Y-O-U REFERRED "FRANK'S TREE SERVICE" TO CALL ME I hired him as he mentioned he was expanding his business. Brendon was a likable, cooperative, polite, enthusiastic and HONEST person PLUS a fair person to deal with. I had NO trees to be cared for. I would suggest people hire him for HIS ATTRIBUTES as an honest, hardworking, fair, pleasant, cooperative and punctual person to deal with.

He wait more than 2 hours for the correct equipment to arrive and start the job however he in the end said that he was not able to complete it as he still does not have the correct equipment, and I had to contract a second professional for complete the job
