Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. Bob was great at the time he spent working on the problem that we had. He was very informative about how easy it is to pop the siding back into place. So we would not have to spend time for waiting for someone from the office. We thought that was really nice of him to do this. We did not realize how easy it was to pop them back into place. He came and cleaned the inside, and got it working again. Heâ s professional, awesome at his work and very reasonable. I highly recommended him for all your plumbing needs."
