"Power washing was performed promptly by a sub-contractor.  Then about a week went by.  They were waiting for two dry days to then stain the deck on the third day.  They arrived today and did a quick and very professional job.  Their price was somewhat below the average of the three contractors that I solicited for a bid on my deck job.  But, their performance was tops.

"Fridholm Painting was highly recommended on the Nextdoor listserv by previous clients, so we scheduled a visit for an estimate for interior and exterior painting. John Fridholm personally came to provide the estimate within a few days, and he described what would be needed given what we were requesting (primer to cover murals, stain for cedar shingles). We decided to split the work into separate jobs - interior then exterior - given our budget, although we found his estimates to be very fair. Matt did the interior work - kitchen and bedroom. "We hired Dede to paint the interior of the house we'd just bought, and he did a great job on a tight timeline. Gaps and stains were caulked and covered, weird scalloped trim removed, and the entire house looks great. They left the house cleaner than they found it. A little expensive, but he worked with us to get closer to our budget, and there was no one else who could get the house done within our schedule. Would definitely rehire and recommend!"
