Gaps and stains were caulked and covered, weird scalloped trim removed, and the entire house looks great. They left the house cleaner than they found it. "The prep power washing was done on a Saturday, I was very happy about that so I didn't have to take two days off of work. The stain work was done on the following Wednesday. The quality of the bush and roll work was good, the stain didn't dry as quickly as it probably should have, possibly due to the proximity of the power washing and rain the day before. this meant the deck furniture caused a little damage when replaced three days later, not the amount of damage that could not be fixed easily, just a nuisance. The stain has since cured and hardened and looks very good.
