"Power washing was performed promptly by a sub-contractor.  Then about a week went by.  They were waiting for two dry days to then stain the deck on the third day.  They arrived today and did a quick and very professional job.  Their price was somewhat below the average of the three contractors that I solicited for a bid on my deck job.  But, their performance was tops.

John Fridholm personally came to provide the estimate within a few days, and he described what would be needed given what we were requesting (primer to cover murals, stain for cedar shingles).
