"Power washing was performed promptly by a sub-contractor.  Then about a week went by.  They were waiting for two dry days to then stain the deck on the third day.  They arrived today and did a quick and very professional job.  Their price was somewhat below the average of the three contractors that I solicited for a bid on my deck job.  But, their performance was tops.

"Tony and his team repaired my two decks, replacing rotted boards, reinforcing the railings, sanding the floor and drink rail, and staining/sealing them. Though the decks were only 5 years old, they were discolored, stained, and had mold spots from being in the shade throughout the day. They look like new now. They also built a paver stone platform at the bottom of our deck stairs. And reset the paver platform and stairs, replacing some splintered boards in front of our front door. I am very pleased with the work they did and would hire this company again. Highly recommended."

John Fridholm personally came to provide the estimate within a few days, and he described what would be needed given what we were requesting (primer to cover murals, stain for cedar shingles). We decided to split the work into separate jobs - interior then exterior - given our budget, although we found his estimates to be very fair. Matt did the interior work - kitchen and bedroom.
