"Power washing was performed promptly by a sub-contractor.  Then about a week went by.  They were waiting for two dry days to then stain the deck on the third day.  They arrived today and did a quick and very professional job.  Their price was somewhat below the average of the three contractors that I solicited for a bid on my deck job.  But, their performance was tops.

Gaps and stains were caulked and covered, weird scalloped trim removed, and the entire house looks great. They left the house cleaner than they found it.
