In business for over 30 years in decorative finishes, initially as a Faux Finisher in Manhattan, NYC doing marble and woodgrain imitations, as well as decorative painting using thin glazes with natural sponges, rags, and specialty brushes. Then as the 90s rolled in I studied and mastered Venetian Plastering and other troweling techniques. Finally, with wallpaper making a comeback I studied at the Wallpaper Installers Academy of Danby VT, and have been focusing in wallpaper installation in Ulster and Dutchess Counties. We provide a clean work environment, always attentive to detail. We can repair and prepare walls, skim coat, prime and paint. We use lining paper when recommended, prior to wallpaper installation. Andreas did very beautiful work for some complex wallpaper and complex walls! He is an artist not “just” an installer. Plus he is responsible, responsive, on time, on budget and courteous. I would definitely hire him again.

I live in an old house, nothing is even or straight but Andre’s performed a miracle matching the wallpaper perfectly. He has a perfectionists eye and really went above and beyond prepping the walls to make sure the final look was perfect. He was reliable, being there when he said he would ( a rarity in my experience! ) and he worked efficiently and completed the room much faster than I expected. I am Excited to have him come back to wallpaper the bedroom next! Cannot recommend him Highly enough, thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and a real perfectionist. Also an extremely nice and pleasant chap!

Outstanding job that Andres did for my project that was completed a few days ago! The price was very reasonable, the end result quality was excellent that's way beyond the normal standard. Andres put his true effort into the project and never took breaks during work, was very thorough on the details meaning did not cut corners, he provided the meaningful advice in terms of matching color scheme against surrounding fixtures, he was very professional, very polite & sincere, very neat that he always kept the house in clean condition at the end of each day during the project.
