Hey gave me the best price and fixed a floor tile I damaged while they were there, free of charge. I wanted to pay them and provide a tip, but Joe would not accept anything more than the contracted price, The tile was installed beautifully. I only had a small number of bull nose tiles and they were able to finish the job with them with careful planning. JAC did an amazing job. I will hore them for tile work in my bathroom in the future. "Chris Downie and his wife Allie did a great job sanding and staining ouir porch and deck. He also applied white plastic trim around the porch, repaired the broken screening and reconstructed our hallway light at the bottom of the stairway to the cellar. Arrived on time, worked hard completing tasks, and gave a fair estimate of the materials and labor. I expect to use him again for painting the screened porch before fall."

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"Hugh's three workers were fantastic. They completed the work on the deck replacement in a day-and-a-half. The work was done cleanly with no damage to the landscaping that is so close to the project. Clean up when the project was completed is superior to any other we had done in the past. The refurbished storm door looks brand new and is a welcoming addition to the project.
