Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. Unfortunately, the roof could not be repaired, so they installed a partial roof where the damage had occurred. The office and work crew were professional. The work crew went about their work diligently until the job was completed. The roof looks great!"

He was very professional and the only sign that he had been here were the clean gutters and siding and I was charged exactly what I was quoted in the estimate. "Just want to thank Tim, John, Mitch, Zack and anyone I might have missed for the wonderful job they did. You cant imagine how devastating it was to discover this problem. We contacted Craig Thomas and were visited by Will who confirmed our problem and told us what needed to be done. I was stunned and also very put off by the cost. However I realized it had to be done.
The first visit was about 5 hours and involved lots of loads of wash both bedding and clothing. We followed their recommendations and after many visits the infestation decreased. The last visit was in .April and we are pleased to say we have only seen a few leftovers which we were able to remove,
