"The project ran smoothly, on time, and on budget. Dave and his team were professional, clarified issues before they became problems, and left no loose ends. The project involved the demolition of existing built-in cabinets and a massive, green-tiled shower that was designed with one purpose in mind - growing mold. We increased the footprint of the 10x11 sq ft room by reclaiming space from an adjacent oversized walk-in closet, which made a perfect alcove for a new free-standing tub. The tile installation was done to perfection, and the installation of all components, including the neo-angle door was completed without issue. To their credit, the team helped us isolate a crack in the new Kohler toilet and installed the replacement part without complaint. We're looking forward to working with JBL on our next project."

Phase 1 was a full house renovation, master bath/bedroom, kitchen, dining/living, and great room. Tommy was a part of each phase which included a beautiful stone buildout in our great room, full replacement of windows, new flooring, cabinets & appliances, and a resort style bathroom. Phase 2 focused on exterior, new siding and gutters. Tommy’s attention to detail unlike any other contractor we had out for estimates and my wife loved his boutique like services at the final phase of the job, including bringing in a full cleaning crew. "Louie did a fantastic job on remodeling our bathroom! He came to provide us with a free estimate and spoke with us about what we needed/wanted. He got back to us promptly with an estimate and a time frame of when he would be able to do the job. Louie did all the work himself and he was prompt, reliable, trustworthy, personable, and great at his job! Before beginning the job, Louie provided us with a clear time line of what he expected to be completed each day and he was always right on schedule. He replaced sheetrock on the walls, he installed a new medicine cabinet, he installed our new vanity, counter and sink, he installed our new sink faucet and shower fixtures, he replaced our floor moulding and trim, and he did a beautiful job tiling our bath and floor! As part of the job, he will be returning to install our shower door once we have our tub reglazed. It's clear that Louie takes pride in his work and he is happy when the customer is happy. We are thrilled with our remodeled bathroom thanks to Louie's amazing work! We will be calling Louie again for future jobs and we would certainly highly recommend him to others!"

"RUN FAR AWAY FROM ALLIED AND TOM. Tom took my money and did not complete the renovations as per our contract. He lied about having a licensed electrician to do electrical work, it was just one of his workers who's not licensed. I paid for a dumpster and when it was delivered by tom it was already half full from another allied job and I was asked to pay the full amount of $950. Tom didn't listen to anything I said regarding the work I requested and he changed my design and did work that was cheaper for him. I was priced for one of my ceiling's to be ripped out and reinstalled with new sheetrock, Tom waited until I was away on business then he installed sheetrock on top of the bad sheetrock and told me he ripped out the old sheetrock and installed the new sheetrock, I found out when my EC cut holes to install lights and we found 2 layers of sheetrock preventing the lights from being able to be installed. Allied construction is a cheap, sneaky company who will steal your money and breach your contract. Do not hire these people Tom is a lair. Tom wore a gun in my house on his hip and told me "I use this to get paid by customer who don't want to pay". Tom left live 120v wires hanging out of the walls and ceiling, he removed a banister and didn't replace it for 3 weeks making my home very unsafe for me and my 9 year old son."

"This is an overdue review. I hired Bernie and his team for a kitchen remodel in June 2021, after he did an excellent job with my three bathrooms in 2020. The kitchen remodel was also excellent. His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. I would hire him and his team again and I referred them to a coworker for her bathroom project. She was also very pleased with their work."
