Amazing! Joe and the team finished our kitchen in record time and everything looks spectacular. We couldn’t be happier.

Joe David is a superior contractor with a hard working crew. All were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

The project came in on budget and took less time than expected. Any adjustments that had to be made while the renovation was ongoing were addressed without issue. Joe, the head contractor, was always answered his phone and stopped through the site almost every day. The workers were on time every day and polite. We were kept up to date what work we could expect the following day. The workers even stopped back after the project was done to fix any minor imperfections that we discovered after living in the space for a couple of days (which I’d imagine any major renovation is going to have). We are planning on having another bathroom redone and would definitely hire him again.

Great work and very professional

I bought a coupon for a Kitchen 3D Designing from the vendor, but the conversation ended up with an estimate for the job. The estimate did not go with my budget so I decided not to go with Convenient Kitchen, but it took three days (if not more) to receive the 3D design. The 3D desing was not professional at all. Later I went on to IKEA kitchen designing tools and mustered up a better design for myself.

Everything went very well. Joe completed the job promptly and professionally. He was very responsive to our many changes of mind about what we what we wanted. He was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him

It didn't go so well. I purchased a print of a 3D Design and I got nothing.  The guy was very argumentative. The guy was constantly arguing with me.  So I just walked away from it. They guy thinks he knows everything. He was trying to bully his ideas.  The whole experience was unpleasant.  I don't want to see they guy anymore. It's unrealistic the amount of money that's being offered to do a 3D kitchen layout. I thought I was getting a legitimate service, but it didn't materialize. He's trying to fish for work.  I took the bait.

Fantastic! I have to say we are so happy with our kitchen done by Convenient Kitchen and Bath Designs and with Joe David. It looks amazing! Quality work and wonderful guys. We couldn't have been any luckier to find them. If Joe can put up with me and Lynn he is very special. He was so patient from the minute we met him for the first draft to the final touches. There are no words to express our appreciation. They were right on budget, started on the date promised and finished ahead of schedule. Did I mention how clean they were. We even were away during some of the renovations and felt comfortable giving them a key to our house while we were gone. If anyone is thinking of redoing their kitchen or bath we highly recommend them! See our pictures of before and after below. The pictures don't do it justice.

I originally wanted to renovate my whole bathroom, change a few things in my kitchen, replace closet and bedroom doors, paint all walls in 5 rooms, take carpet out to have wood floors, change fuse box to circuit breaker box. It was a lot of work and it ended up being too much for my budget (a little less than $20,000 for labor and labor materials). I contacted other contractors and they were either booked or a little rude. When I first met Joe, he came and did a free estimate and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I told Joe that I would think about it after I realized the price was over my budget. He would check in with me a couple of times to see what I had decided. He wasn't pushy, he just made me feel like he cared about his potential customers. I was honest with him and told him that I couldn't afford it but I was willing to make changes in my plans and get the necessary things changed in my bathroom and kitchen. I was afraid he wouldn't take a small job, but he told me that he would be happy to work with me and help me make things work so that I could move into my first home as soon as possible. From then on, Joe was personable, professional, on time, helpful, understanding, very patient, would update me on the progress but also check in to see how things were going (as Joe had to put off his work on my place since I was having scheduling conflicts with the co-op to fix a leaky pipe). Gabriel and Jorge did the work. Luckily, Gabriel was the one to find the leaky pipe behind the kitchen wall before he did the backsplash. Joe even made a special trip for me to talk to the co-op maintenance guys when they came to look at the pipe. Joe also went with me to shop for materials and fixtures. I know Joe was a busy guy and I really appreciated his efforts to help me out. If I wanted something redone, I communicated with Joe and he made sure it got done. This was my first home and first experience dealing with renovations and contractors. When I researched contractors on Angie's list, I noticed other contractors were a little rude in their replies to negative feedback. Joe was professional in his replies and I knew I had to give Joe a chance. When people asked me how much the renovations would cost me, I was told it was expensive, but I think it is reasonable especially if you want quality work and someone that is willing to work with you without any problems. The work I ended up getting done was (bathroom) changing toilet, shower trim kit, light fixture, trap under sink, double gfi outlet, recessed medicine cabinet and (kitchen) backsplash, countertop, sink, double gfi outlet, and range hood. This cost me a little over $3,000 including labor, labor materials, and some things like countertop, sink, and backsplash tiles. Joe would also help me to find cheaper prices wherever he could because he knew I wanted to save money. He had good ideas, knew his stuff, and pointed things out for you to keep in mind that you wouldn't think of (which shows he has experience). Joe is a top notch guy and I would highly recommend him. Joe will stay in my contacts for future renovations.

Joe understood exactly what I wanted and he created several plans within a day or two after visiting. I went to his showroom to look at cabinets, etc., and he spent a lot of time with me, and even created more plans. I was very pleased with what he did, but decided to defer the renovation.  Joe will be on my list of contractors when I take this up again.

Joe, Richie and their crew did a great job on my kitchen reno. I liked the fact that they were realistic with time lines and cost. They were here when they said they would be here and, if they weren't going to be here (waiting for cabinets, plumbers, inspections, etc.) they gave me plenty of notice. They did quality work. Any problems were taken care of promptly and, since they were honest and planned well, problems were very minor. When Joe gave me the initial estimate, I really liked that he noticed little details of small things that needed to be done that other contractors I had contacted for estimates didn't notice or mention. Even though the estimate was slightly more than some of the others I contacted, I went with Convenient and was very happy I did. No surprises and no pressure. I'm thoroughly enjoying my beautiful new kitchen.

Joe was extremely professional and very quick in getting back to us with plans and prices.  When we are ready to make a final decision, I will not hesitate to give him a call.  Nice man and very knowledgeable.  I can tell he is a real pro.

I thought it was just a consultation. He actually gave me a price. I wasn't ready to start the service, but I like him. He's very prompt and took the time to go over everything with me.

Joe was easy to work with from beginning to end. I was rarely on site but he kept me informed of the progress with texts and pics, and always answered calls immediately or returned calls quickly. He worked with me to overcome coop hurdles and resolve any unanticipated issues as they arose. He gave me good advice and took care of all the major and minor issues I requested. I did not communicate with his crew much, because I was at work when they were working, but my few interactions with them were also just fine. Joe's a very nice person - funny, friendly, and very easy to discuss things with. He wasn't the cheapest bidder, but there were bids from upscale design-and-build firms that were 2x higher. I'd describe Convenient K&B's service as excellent value at a very competitive price. And most importantly, I will definitely be hiring Joe again for my next renovation project.
