From beginning to end the process was flawless Let’s just start by saying not only was communication and follow up excellent, but unlike a number of contractors, Coco s team shows up punctually and on schedule. The work is priced fairly and done with skill and precision. My neighbors inquired about work on their home after seeing this company in operation. All work was explained and progress updates were provided. I’m totally pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I have, and will continue to recommend them and utilize their craftsmen going forward

We've never had luck with major home modifications—this was smooth sailing the entire way. Our project was a teardown and complete re-side, and Cocos did a fantastic job. We have a tricky home with a lot of angles that make no sense—Cocos did a brilliant job strategizing how everything should be executed, and the 50-year-old home looks brand new. Danielle, Keith and Matt not only executed at the highest level, they stayed in communication literally every day to make sure there were no surprises and that we were happy with the progress. We hired Coco’s Custom Building on 2 separate occasions. We needed our roof redone and later decided to hire them to replace a dozen windows in our home. The owner Keith provided us with a great quote each time and was able to schedule the work right away. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately which made the renovation go smoothly.
