This is the second time they have done a liner for us and they are without question the most professional, timely, friendly and reputable firm in the business. They stand behind their installation and products. We had a salesperson named Arik who was absolutely the kindest person you could want. By the the time he took his time showing us the different patterns we could get and how they would look with the pool filled (from pictures on his phone), we were sold on one liner in particular. Not only did they get the liner for us promptly (it was early season) but did the installation flawlessly. By the time Arik finished displaying his products, he felt more like a friend to than a salesman. You get a sense of honesty and trustworthiness in every interaction with Suffolk Liner. I would pay more just to have them do a job because it is clear that thry are professional and stand behind their products. "Nick from Tri-M Pools opened the pool and spa this week. He is truly a professional. He is courteous and we enjoyed meeting him. By the second day the water was sparkling....not a bit of green. By the third day Tri-M vacuumed and cleaned the pool and it is ready to go. Both Nick and Joel are consistent in responding to emails and phone calls. They have a clear and comprehensive contract that gives the options of a full service inclusive or service plus chemicals. We chose the full service inclusive so we know exactly what our seasonal costs will be (exceptions can occur for unexpected repairs). Even though we are new customers, they are accommodating us to provide weekly service on the day we requested."
