Alex and his crew were professional and knowledgeable. Came when they said they would. I had a leak and was adding water everyday. My pool is no longer leaking. I will be using One Love Pools and Spa for all my further pool needs. Thank you Alex and Crew.

Alex and his crew replaced the underground return lines from the filter to the return eyeballs. It was a big job, requiring a lot of digging and cutting of concrete. When they left you would never even know any work was done, but my pool works terrific. My lines had been leaking and now everything is tight as a drum. Alex really knows what he’s doing.

Alex’s pool company is great. We’ve hired Alex earlier this year in the Hamptons and have been only pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and highly skilled. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered top-quality work. They installed a new skimmer for me and repaired some plumbing for the pool as well as hook up a heater. The problem that was had had to do with defective equipment. They came back twice without hesitation and fixed the issue with no delay. Polite and professional. Will hire again.

Had to have some parts replaced and then cleaned and maintained for the summer. Price is fair. Very friendly nice men. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Even showed up in the pouring rain. Very pleased with this service.
