"Overall experience was favorable and pleasant. They were able to quickly assess what was wrong and repair the problem. I highly recommend them!! I used Sure-Fire again on Dec 12, 2017 to resolve an issue with my new Nest Thermostats. They were able to come in and install a Common Power Sharing Wire and resolve my problem. This is the second time I have used them in less than two months. I would highly recommend them!! Courteous and Professional!!!"
