"My floor was in horrible shape after a lot of neglect. Bill came to my house for a free estimate. He was on time and extremely polite. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on. On the date of the service, they were on time and finished in record time. I was at work and could not see the results in person. Bill even went to the extent of texting me a picture of the finished product. So pleased with this company and will absolutely recommend them to ANYONE that will listen to me."

"Mr. Pozdniakov and his co - worker were early, and while they came to give me an estimate, they were ready to do the work, and did. The project was the cleaning of an off - white duck ticking covered couch onto which I had spilled balsamic vinaigrette. I had tried to clean it myself with a cleaning product meant for this purpose, but it was very hard to both remove the stain and let the dampened area dry with no “browning”. They cleaned the whole couch, really a loveseat. In a little over an hour and it looks great."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
