As I was packing I called Aaron to add things so there were no surprises at the cost of my move. The guys showed up on time and drove my furniture to my elderly parents' house in Delaware, where they kindly set up the bed at no extra charge. Aaron was wonderful and responsive the whole time. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

He took into consideration my opinion in the way I wanted the layout of the room, made suggestions where necessary and made sure to properly place the bed in the proper spot when he was complete.
