In the best way possible I truly don’t know where to begin. As we all know preparing to move comes with a lot of stress. Packing and physically moving is just ONE of the daunting and dreaded tasks of the process. Using Move Plus was and is still one of the best decisions I could have made. By choosing them to take on the responsibility of moving my belongings, I was able to remain excited about my new apartment and enjoy the process from start to finish. From the moment I initially spoke to Elizabeth on the phone, till the minute the movers left my new apartment I couldn’t be more satisfied. Upon booking, Elizabeth was extremely pleasant and helpful. She took the time to listen to my needs and recommended resourceful ways to pack and stay organized. Both her and her teams’ communication was always clear and direct. On the day of my move, as expected I was contacted directly by the movers. They reassured me and confirmed their time of arrival as planned with Elizabeth prior. The guys showed up on time and ready to go. It was hard to stand back and not ask if they needed help, but these guys are PROFESSIONAL. They had all the necessary equipment and tools needed to not only move my things safely but to help disassemble my bed and dismount my TV off the wall. Upon arrival to my new apartment the guys had unloaded the truck and brought my belongings in with quickness and ease. Everything I had moved was safe and sound and remained in perfect condition. The foreman Vlad then helped to reassemble my bed. He took into consideration my opinion in the way I wanted the layout of the room, made suggestions where necessary and made sure to properly place the bed in the proper spot when he was complete. This crew from Move Plus exceeded my expectations every step of the way!
