We received a very fair estimate and then the team arrived. The team covered their shoes, laid down a covering over the stairs leading to the upstairs and then covered the rug leading down the hall. And then the tram spent substantial time getting the walls prepped.. The paint job and staining of the beams was done first rate. The team then cleaned the bath wiped down the furniture. We have asked for another estimate and plan to use Juan and company again."

"We had a fire in October 2024. Almost the whole house except framing and some interior walls was gutted needed to be rebuilt. East End handled the rebuild from the exterior siding and windows, to the new heating and cooling system, electric rewiring and panel installation, new flooring in the entire house, fireplace and mantel takedown and rebuild, kitchen , bedrooms and bathroom. They even painted the garage! We could not be happier. They were extremely efficient and handled everything making the process less stressful for us, the homeowners. That includes surveys, applications and permits. Even with us disputing some of the items on the insurer's estimate and having to go thru a long appraisal process, East End's work was not held up. They finished the job professionally and efficiently. Our house is now better than ever!
