He responded to my request for an estimate immediately and was even willing to inspect the damage and give an estimate on Christmas Eve. His price was more than reasonable and he came back and completed the repair within a few days. His work was beautiful and he meticulously cleaned up my yard once he was finished. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions).
