"Tom was really great to work with. I requested an estimate for repairs to the vinyl siding on my house. He responded to my request for an estimate immediately and was even willing to inspect the damage and give an estimate on Christmas Eve. His price was more than reasonable and he came back and completed the repair within a few days. His work was beautiful and he meticulously cleaned up my yard once he was finished. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased. I wasn't able to be home and he kept me updated with the work he was doing and sent me pictures. When I ran out of material, he drove 20 minutes to pick up what I needed. He finished in one day and left the area immaculate. Highly, highly recommend."
