The work took 3+ hours due to some issues with the old water heater and the addition of a pan with drain tube I asked to place under the new unit. Mike explained everything as the work was performed. I inquired about a whole house filter since the amount of sediment in my water is excessive. He's coming next week to install a complete filtering system. I would definitely recommend and hire again."
