"The locksmith shows up an hour late makes a huge mess and charges me $250 (The charge was $350, I'm subtracting the $100 for the cost of the lock) for one hour's work. I was dissatisfied so I Left a Google review detailing my experience. Instead of trying to fix the situation he accused me of having the wrong company claiming he never went to my house. I checked my records and saw I indeed had the right man and I called him up and he admitted it but refused to take his reply down. He is not only poor at his craft he is dishonest and dishonorable do not trust him with your business!"
