!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS GUY LIKE THE PLAGUE If anyone is looking to have a fence done or anymore done for that matter absolutely AVOID Brandon Piegari with Hudson Valley Fence Company. He is an absolute dirtbag liar. He says he's going to show up and doesn't. Took a deposit for a fence to be done ($1,500) and then completely ghosts you. No response to calls, texts, emails... nothing. He finally calls us after messaging his girlfriend and he says his kids been sick for a week (our issue with him has been going on for over 3 weeks) tries to play the guilt card and say his family comes before work. Which I get but I still tell my customers sorry I'll be behind a little bit due to a family issue. He deliberately avoided all contact until he was told he is going to have legal action taken against him. I also tracked down other people who have had issues with him not showing up as well. So far I have come up with over 41,000 worth of work he never did/didn't show up or didn't complete and got paid for by multiple people. He is an absolute scumbag. Please make sure you do not fall into a deal with this guy. Please share as well to make sure people know!!! Also just an FYI all the 5 star reviews are his family!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ. To whomever is considering Brandon, look elsewhere. I hired him for fence repair, & after the first day of work, he left part of my fence on my yard, leaving my property exposed. My house is in a neighborhood that has had burglaries. What’s more, I live hours away so I rely on my neighbors for word. I called him & told him what my neighbors saw, & he told me that he forgot! As for the job itself, I am extremely dissatisfied. He starts late & works by flashlight. The gate isn’t level & so it doesn’t close well, the posts aren’t in cement as we agreed on but in dirt, & the chain-link fence was tied to the frame with weak aluminum. Also, the fence hangs loosely on the frame. We had an agreement on what he’d do & for how much two weeks before he started, but he waited until after he was halfway through to mention material costs. The estimate was $2000 for everything, but he wasn’t worth $200. I regret hiring this man, who continues to harass me & my friend for an extra $500.

Very well. Post holes had to be dug in rocky ground. Brandon Piegari worked long hours for 2+ days, until after dark in 90 degree heat to finish the job for me.

BEWARE....After debating on two contractors my husband and I decided to work with Brandon to put up a fence on our newly purchased home. On the day we agreed and signed the contract, we met with Brandon and his girlfriend who then seemed to be good folks. We had a good conversation and hoped that everything will go as discussed with our project. The red flags started with Brandon's issues with time. Brandon did not show up for work as agreed 90% of the time. Then we later had issues with what was discussed to be done and all of a sudden seem to have been forgotten. I don't know if this guy have selected amnesia or what. My husband and I became frustrated with him and started wondering what was the issue. It was almost like dealing with two different people as one minute he apologizes for his timeliness and we have a good conversation about our projects and then next a different person. When we met Brandon in person and spoke, he seems to be in the present and afterwards seems to be a different person altogether. After all the back and fourth on 5/16/2021, Brandon told us the work was done however it is not. The back of the house has a tree which has to be covered or guarded to prevent any entry to our compound. Brandon agreed to covered it and also fix minor issues we noticed. We paid him $2,500 out of $2,600 balance due. I told my husband to pay him the $100 balance when the job was 100% completed. On 5/17/21 Brandon sent a text message demanding for more money on stuff the we have no idea about. It's like this guy goes to bed and wake up making all sorts of stuff up. After I asked him questions on why the extra charges, he became irritated and stated he wants his money and no longer interested in working with us. His text messages are even more alarming as he chooses to reply to your text and decide if he will be professional or not. Brandon is now demanding for more balance due with the work not being 100% finished. We will not pay for work that is not 100% done and will rather go to court. Shame on you for wanting to collect money and not 100% finishing the job. To think my husband and I wanted to support his business by hoping to work with him after his job. We do not and will never recommend Brandon to anyone. Brandon is rude, unprofessional, never on time, does not show up when he says he will. Work was not done in a timely fashion, wants additional payment above and beyond what was agreed upon. All in all a disappointing experience. Wish we read some of the review before working with him. What a shame....BEWARE PLEASE REVIEW THIS GUYS JOB AND HOW HE WORKS WITH HIS CUSTOMERS AS HE IS DISGRACING THE REPUTATION OF ANGI. VALIDATE THE REVIEW.

Excellent. He arrived on time, prepared with all supplies and tools, worked long days and finished the job on time and within budget; extremely neat, cleaned up all debris; very polite and professional; I highly recommend Elements for your fencing needs

Branden worked quickly and did an amazing job. He was very professional and followed up with me after the job was completed. I love my new fence and will definitely be using him again for future projects.

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy person. Him and his staff are hard working and very capable.

We used Angie's list to find a provider to install a fence back in March. We had 3 different people come out and we picked Brandon. I wish the bad reviews we now see showing up on his page existed then if so we never would have chosen him. We signed a contract in april and we gave him $3500 for materials. He said he would do everything get the permits,materials etc. He had us go to the town for him and get the permit papers and drop them off at his house. He came back to our house a couple time measured the property put up a string around the yard to mark where the fence would go. He was beyond unprofessional over half a dozen times he said he was coming over to start working on the fence we would plan our day around it and he wouldn't show. No call no text or anything saying he wasn't showing up. He would never contact us first we would always have to send him messages and sometimes he would just ignore it. The contract said he would have the work finished in May but he said the vinyl production had stopped and was behind because of covid. We said that was okay because we checked home depot and lowes and at the time they did have lower quantities of vinyl fence in stock. In July we told him he has to either give us our money back or install something or we would go to court. He came a few days later with a couple guys and installed maybe 30 feet of black chainlink fence with materials he had left over from another job he said the store didn't have anymore black pipes for the fence so he spray painted them and assured us it would look as good as the real thing. He didn't have all the material's to make sure it was strong on the bottom and told us next time he came back he would fix it. We gave him $500 extra that we agreed upon in the contract and never came back. We didn't check the fencing until after he left and Brandon did not even bother to paint the back side of the fence. Some of it is silver and some is black you can even see the spray paint lines. The gate is hanging off because it has no support. It is not flush to the ground so even if we did have a full fence the dogs that we were getting if for can still fit underneath it. It's also about 2 feet onto our neighbors property even though we showed him the property line and he was supposed to get a permit so we can't even have it fixed. We now have to pay someone else to have it removed. He repeatedly told us he was getting vinyl from a place in New Jersey and had placed an order. He even showed us pictures of left over vinyl from another job and that he was going to deliver it to our house. He never did. He now says the price of vinyl has gone up and he can not give us a fence for the price on the contract. We told him okay that's fine just give us our money back as we do not have anymore to give and this has gone on for 8 months. He said okay he would contact us the next day about a refund and we never heard from him again. Do not hire Brandon Piegari if you actually want anything installed. Best case you have subpar work that someone else needs to redo. Worst case you are like us and have to try and track him down in order to take him to court. We gave him plenty of chances over an 8 month long period. We were very understanding on how covid could have slowed things down but we were more than patient and ended having to file a police report. I could not recommend against someone more. update 4/26/2021 As long as this review is still up Brandon Piegari has a court case pending against his business because he refuses to refund me the $4000.00 he took from me a year ago. It was supposed to take 1 week to install and it has been an entire year. I still do not have a fence and I am out four thousand dollars. You can make your own decisions on whether or not you want to hire him but it is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I would love this website to verify my review. I have every text message Brandon has ever sent me from before we hired him all the way up to the beginning of this month where he once again said he has the material's for my fence and was going to come over and talk about the install. He didn't show up. Its been weeks once again without so much as a text message as to why he couldn't make it. I so badly didn't want to actually have to go to court to get my money back that I was willing to give him one last chance since all I wanted from him was for him to actually install a fence. And once again he proved what an unprofessional business he runs.

Brandon did an excellent job on our fence. The timing to complete the project took longer than initially expected, but the overall quality of work was worth the wait. We’ll hire him again when needed.

Great work and still standing to this day but would like for Brandon to have a better business mentality when it comes to timelines but otherwise his work speaks for it self and I would recommend him for all jobs in the future.

I am not at all happy with this provider nor am I happy with his work nor work ethic..hes rude very unprofessional and unknowledgeable...he had NO experience in repairing the Gates..overcharged me and broke the stabilizing boards on the gates resulting in very sloppy work..pointed sharp screws left sticking out of fencing..brought his dog with him..asked me for some food to feed his dog ..!!! allowed the dog to run around on other neighbors property while he worked..showed up an hour and a half late with no call or explanation..this person definitely was a complete waste of my time and money..he wants to charge me another fee to come and correct his work after stringing me along for 2 wks.stating that he would come back out and stand behind his work and correct the situation..Very Unhappy.
