Whether its whole house plumbing, a repair or replacement. The job gets completed and I guarantee my workmanship. Large jobs may require a deposit. Being just one person may cause time constraints as I pace myself. I deal direct with homeowners: No coordinators, no absentee landlords or bank building loans. Final approvals are done by the owner during a walk through. Any coupons are redeemable for services only, not for materials. Sales tax is added as required. I make appointments (leaving a 2 hour window usually on Saturdays) to review the details of a job thus calling back with a price and a start date.
