Noland Painting LLC has been painting your homes in the Capital District since 1989. When asked why he got involved with house painting in the Albany, Rensselaer and Saratoga areas, the owner Ken Noland simply stated, I love to paint it’s been 30 years of painting and I have has a lot of fun to our work before and after.- Our hard work, attention to detail has made us the painter for multiple generations of homeowners in Rensselaer, Schenectady and Saratoga. Yes we know how to paint and stain!

I hired Ken Noland to paint my deck and porch. Even though the job turned out to be much more than he expected, he was always very professional and meticulous. He is a true gentleman and clearly takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Ken Noland did an excellent job on the painting of our aluminum siding. He was prompt and responsive, showing up on the days he indicated. He first powerwashed the siding and then came back when the weather was clear and painted the entire exterior in 2 days with an assistant. There was great attention to detail and the finished job was perfect--he even did a little extra by painting my Bilco door. The entire job was professional and I am very happy with the finished product. Would definitely hire again for exterior or interior jobs.

Excellent! Couldn't be happier! Kenny is very professional. The work was completed quickly and neatly. The house looks bright and clean! The old deck looks renewed and ready to withstand the elements for many more years!

HE WAS VERY NEAT AND METICULOUS. THERE WAS NO PAINT ON THE OUTSIDE NOR EMPTY PAINT CANS. THERE WAS NOT A SIGN THAT HE WAS EVEN HERE. HE DID IT ALL IN TWO DAYS.
