A Mayfair Glass & Paint

I visited the shop in Mayfair plaza following a recommendation. I wanted to purchase a custom piece of mirror for my bathroom and get advice/quote for mounting it along with a piece of mirror I already had. Ron was really helpful and listened to all my issues and questions. We agreed that it was best for him to come and take a look to give the best advice and a quote. He came a few days later and measured up bringing along various samples of mounting channel to ensure the best match with current bathroom fittings. My mirror had an unusal backing on it and there was concern that this may not be compatible with mirror mastic adhesive. After much head scratching and idea bouncing we agreed that the best solution was to have J channel top and bottom, slide the mirror in and avoid adhesive completely for this mirror. A new 61 x 43 mirror and all fitting came to $270. Ron's communication was excellent, showed up on time, consulted me regularly to check I was happy, paid attention to the little details and cleaned up afterwards. Just great.

Really great paint store. California paint is amazing. I won't use any other paint if I can help it and Mayfair is the place to get it. It's a good, old fashioned paint store
