"Elias and his team replaced significant portions of our ceiling after water damage, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job; the finished ceiling actually looks better than it did before the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently, leaving the space neat and organized at the end of each day. Everyone was courteous and professional. What impressed us most was the way the project was managed. It was clear that they understood the disruption that repairs like this can cause, and they went above and beyond to minimize the inconvenience. Elias took a hands-on approach, thoughtfully coordinating the crew and allocating additional resources to complete the work as efficiently as possible--faster than expected--without sacrificing quality. That level of care, planning, and commitment to customer service set them apart. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, high-quality restoration services."

"They only charge $1,000 for the entire roof of my garage, and it was a good deal. This included removal of all the old shingles, and hauling all of the used material off the property to the dump. -Debra Castrinos"

"Ricardo called the next day and he met with me as agreed. His bid was the most fair for a Great room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 11 stairs, foyer and entertainment room. He also agreed to do the job as requested over a two week period. He helped us move heavy furniture which not many would do. He and his crew were very nice. The floors came out Great! Thanks"

Popcorn Ceilings questions, answered by experts

Yes. Sagging ceilings often indicate more severe problems, such as structural damage, roof leaks, and pest infestations. As the sagging expands, your ceiling may eventually collapse, posing a threat to your physical safety and leading to expensive repair and restoration costs. That’s why you need to fix sagging ceilings as soon as you notice them.

The cost to repair a ceiling after a water leak can vary, with averages ranging from $419 to $1,359, or $45 to $55 per square foot. Smaller patches may cost around $150. The final price depends on the size of the affected area and the extent of the damage. Remember that you will also need to repair the source of the leak, such as roof damage or a plumbing issue, which can cost an additional $200 to $1,550. Depending on the situation, you might also face costs for repainting or repairing floors. For an accurate estimate, it is best to get a quote from a professional.

How long it takes to repair a ceiling depends on the extent of the damage. Patching a small hole might only take a few minutes, while repairing a water-damaged section of the ceiling could take hours. If there are structural issues, expect your ceiling repair to take several days or longer.

No, not all popcorn ceilings have asbestos, but a vast majority do. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) banned its use in 1973, although it still may have been used up through the early ‘90s. But, in general, homes built or remodeled before the early ‘80s likely utilized materials with asbestos. That being said, a professional test is the only way to determine for sure.

It depends on the type of texture you’re adding but yes, you can often use a roller to texturize a ceiling. The roller needs to be able to hold enough medium to create some relief on the ceiling but not so much that gravity will pull it off before it dries. Using a roller with a nap between ½” and ¾” will allow the roller to hold enough material to do the trick.
