They were punctual, polite, totally trustworthy, and really good at what they do -- I gave them my house key in case I was out. I have never before felt comfortable doing that. But with these guys, no problem. Dave had prepared me beforehand about the extent of the work, and what to expect, but even so I had some questions, and often the same ones every day. Sean and Kyle didn't seem phased at all, and provided answers to all my questions. Dave checked in with me each night by phone to see if everything was OK.
