"Rich came out and noticed my chimney had excessive chimney cracks which was allowing sulfur gases into my home, we had Rich install a chimney liner to prevent any more issue. "Peter was professional and thorough. Although we both forgot that it was a holiday, he came as promised. The vent finish looked good. I just needed the vent or roof border done as the wind was blowing water through. Evidently, the nails form the metal finish were rusted. He said, although nothing will get through, if for some reason it does just call him. So. this makes me feel even more confident that he/they stand behind their work."
