I can't stress enough how awesome they were. We were going through a rough time due to covid and they helped us out and made it affordable to get all the issues we had fixed and gave us great advice on other issues that helped save us hundreds of dollars! He always called to confirm his arrival and was very professional and conscientious in his work. He checked all his repairs multiple times and was very thorough. In the early evening, just before he was about to finish, he discovered a previously unidentified leak that required additional parts. He actually traveled over 20 miles to an open hardware store to acquire the needed parts, returned, and repaired this newly discovered leak. His patience and perseverance are amazing! He is an honest, hardworking plumber who truly knows his craft. I wholeheartedly recommend him."

"There aren’t enough superlatives to express how pleased I am with Scott’s work. Believe me I know how frustrating hiring any service person is. Scott was fantastic. He said he would be here at 9am and miracles of miracles he was! He said the job would take 2-3 hours and he had it done in 2.5. I had him remove and install a bathroom vanity with stone countertop, faucets and large medicine cabinet. It came out beautifully. AND he hauled away all the old stuff and the packaging from all the new stuff. It was like he was never here. As if the bathroom gods just granted me a perfect bathroom.
