I saw all the amazing reviews and hired Shane when we had no water and needed a new well line. They did replace the pump and put in a new line - but they destroyed a good portion of our brick patio to do it. They could have bypassed destroying a big chunk of our patio had they put the new line differently to begin with. Instead they insisted they had to go through the patio. A bit later, they realized that doing it the way I asked them to in the beginning made more sense. So they destroyed A LOT more of our patio than they had to, they could have just chipped off one corner but instead took out a triangle of 7 feet on one side and over 8 feet on the other side. They claim on their website: â We understand that you work hard for what you have, so we will not only fix your well pump and tank problems at a reasonable cost, but we will also make sure that our work area is clean and presentable.â Just be very careful if you have a beautiful area that you donâ t want destroyed because they will come in with a big backhoe and ruin it. Our patio area looks like a war zone now.

Fantastic company. Extremely responsive. Hired them twice. Once for a well tank and again to replace the well pump. Courteous, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend Wild Well!

Our experience with Wild Well pump service was exceptional. After checking on home advisor for a well pump replacement we were contacted by them.. We were without water and they came the next morning. The price quoted was what we paid, no surprises. Within 2 hours we had water. Very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Everything was cleaned up and left in good order. Yes we would recommend them...

New Years Day, (of course, LOL) we suddenly had no water. We called Wild Well Pump Service and someone actually answered the phone! Within a half hour of that call, Wayne started the process of identifying and fixing the problem, and he and Shane stayed until it was completely resolved and cleaned up. Nice guys, real people, (not scam artists), honest, personable, and professional. We would definitely hire them again if needed, and would 100% recommend them!

Wild Well Pump Services are a class act when it comes to customer service and the quality of their work. We had no water two days before Christmas, and they showed up at the end of the day less than an hour after calling and had all the parts needed to complete the job at a great price. This was after calling several other companies, including our plumber, which all told me they were busy or leaving for vacation. I plan to call WWPS first for all my water needs from now on. Quick response, verry quick actually. Family had no water,and being with small children it was stressful. That was until Wild well pump services showed up. Profesional, curtious, and respectful. Fixed us right up and on a Sunday no less...

Think his name was Wayne He was extremely helpful on the phone trying to troubleshoot first Extremely pleasant and punctual. Would recommend him to others. He replaced our pump the next morning at 7:30 am as planned.
