Good to know: *The average inspection time takes between 30 and 45 minutes to complete. Radon testing requires a drop off of testing equipment and 48hrs to complete. *For convenience on the day of your inspection and prior to our appointment I will provide you with an on the way call / text to confirm my ETA. *Your mold assessment will include a thorough inspection for mold and moisture throughout your home from the basement to the attic. All fee's for inspection service(s) are as follows: Mold Inspection: $350.00 includes inspecting your home for mold and moisture. Mold sampling fee is $75.00 per sample. -Residential home mold assessments and testing which include air, swab, and tape lift testing for mold. All samples are sent to a certified laboratory for testing. There are over 125,000 known species of mold. Don't assume! Get it tested! After the initial testing you will receive the results and a mold clean up plan on how to clean the mold if tests are positive. After the clean up I will come back for post testing to make sure the problem is solved. I also do asbestos and or mold testing after a fire or flood for the remediation experts.

"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."

"Chuck and Noah, are amazing to work with. They communicate extremely well and are honest. They did a home inspection Saturday morning for me. Thankfully I asked them to do a full septic inspection, not just a dye test. They found the septic system, needing major work. To the point, my bank won't approve the loan. the house failed before they even got inside it. When trying to explain to the home own, (who is also the listing agent) what was wrong, and why it needed to be fixed. All this lady did was rudely speaking over him, to the point she was mad at him for finding it. She would ask why it failed and as soon as chuck would begin to explain, she would start yelling over him, how it was fine. She must of ask half a dozen times for him to explain, for her to start arguing as soon as he spoke. I don't know how Chuck was able to be so calm and professional. I would have hit the lady, getting in my face like that. Chuck, was instead calm,kind and professional. "

John was prompt, professional, and very thorough. He painstakingly examined my home from the basement to the attic (which has no floor!), taking moisture readings and pictures of problem areas. Turns out I have a minor mold area in the basement and one under the kitchen sink from an old leak---none of which requiring a professional mold remediator. Explained what I should do to correct the issues myself. No mold in the attic. Possible moisture issue in wall behind bathroom sink to check out. I waived air testing. John was very patient in answering my myriad of questions and explaining everything he was doing along the way. Provided a very detailed report documenting the results of his moisture testing and pictures of the areas needing attention. I heartily recommend John and his valuable knowledge."
