"My sewage ejector pump in basement would not stop running and I was looking to replace it. I texted Dean two pictures of the pump, he was able to give me a quote over text and the price was quite reasonable. He received a new pump on 5/22/2023 and came over to my house. After opening up the old pump and checking, he told me that the only thing that is really broken is the check valve, the switch got stuck but is still functioning, and the pump itself works fine. I ended up asking him to only replace the check valve and the switch and this saved me about $1000 from the original plan. I appreciate Dean's honesty, professionalism, and a job well done."

He did a professional job of cleaning out the sludge, showing me the workings of the system and letting me know realistic expectations on the motor life. That said, I decided to err on the side of caution and replace the motor which he had with him. He finished up and cleaned up everything – then last we walked outside to be sure the ejection area was in order. I can rest assured that what was a panic situation just a short time ago is dealt with."
