"This project was done to the best of our abilities and was a complete job. It was not until the client began insisting for us to provide services that was not part of our original contract when we begin to have no choice but to distance ourselves. At first some small requests were asked of us and we did them as a courtesy. The requests seemed to continue and it became evident that the client was attempting to receive services at no cost that required labor and materials. Unfortunately we do not mind doing a few things as a courtesy for our clients however there is a limit to that due to the fact that we are required to pay for our workers time and labor. This was an unfortunate situation."
