Best basement waterproofing pros near Pelham, NY

"CT basement did a phenomenal job finishing our basement and we could not be happier with the results. They made every step of the process from design to the finished project simple and straightforward, everybody was easy to work with and made our opinions and needs the top priority and they were able to perfectly translate our vision into the final product. This was a fairly large project involving finishing 1200sq ft with an office, gym and full bathroom and their experience and expertise was obvious. They definitely understand the specific needs of a basement while making it look like any other room in the house. We would use them again in a second, we’ve even been joking about tearing down the rest of the house and just living in the basement!"

"We just had American Dry Basement install a waterproofing system in our basement. We've had issues with water in our basement and needed a total solution so we can sleep at night and go away without worrying about flooding. Steve T from American Dry came to our house and presented us with what the solution will look like and thoroughly explained the entire process. He also answered all our questions and was always available to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent professional to work with. Then Wilson and his two-man crew came to do the work and they were all professional, extremely hard working and respectful of our home. They always started early and worked all day long to get the job completed. They wrapped up all items that were still exposed after we cleaned out most of our basement, used vacuums and filters to minimize all the dust and left our basement cleaner than it was before. We highly recommend American Dry Basement Systems and we're so happy we chose them over the others we received estimates from. And their price was more than competitive for what we believe is a much better solution."

"Fausto and his team did an amazing job ripping out old fiberglass and installing new spray in. They also made a custom drywall cover for the exposed pipes. All done in 1.5 days. Less expensive than the comp. Would use again. Great to work with."

"When it rained my basement would get 2-3 inches of water. Tim and his team redirected all of the drain pipes (5 in all), reshaped the slope of the land surrounding my house, planted grass seed, and left the yard spotless. Now my basement is drier than Arizona in mid-July. These guys are pros, they finished in a day. It was a pleasure to see these men work! Their price was more than fair. You can't go wrong with DIGGS! Thank you, Tim!"

"Dean and his crew were professional, reliable, extremely neat/clean and went above and beyond, often, to make the sure work was completed to my satisfaction. They did small things not even required to make sure the entire basement area was much more than even expected. The basement has never been so dry in the 40 years I have lived here. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Told me the price first and cleared my clogged basement sink"

"Headly was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very honest to tell me that the issue was not an emergency as I thought it was. He gave me a lot of information about the water in our basement and advised me to call him if it happens again after a heavy rain. He also checked out and cleaned my gutter while he was there."

"Lazar diagnosed the problem from my description of the problem. He was spot on when he showed up the next day. I wasnâ t on site, he kept me informed at every step, sending video. The main sewer line was clogged, which caused periodic sewerage backups. Compounded by hair in the bathtub, sinks and shower. Within an hour he pulled out tree roots from the line and snaked everything. He then sent pictures of all things flushing and flowing. Extremely professional and reasonably priced. He and his team are plumbing whisperes, excellent technicians."

"This company is very professional and clean worker. They explain everything and give fair prices. I look forward to hiring him to update my bathroom"
