During a recent 95 degree heatwave our AC units broke down. Air solutions was luckily able to come out quickly on an emergency visit to our home the next day. Unfortunately they were not only unable to properly diagnose or fix the issue during the appointment, but they then wanted to come back out a second time during the week and be paid for an additional 3 hours just to call the manufacturer and figure out the problem. Needless to say, we called another service who was able to come out, immediately diagnose the issue and resolve it within 2 hours. We essentially paid Air Solutions $970 just to tell us that we needed to pay for them to come back out a second time. I would suggest using a different company if possible.

Rocky and Chris installed a light fixture and an electrical outlet in my basement. Friendly guys, great service, work was done quickly and neatly.

Tech thoroughly checked all components and found no definitive cause. System has not failed since - may be one of those cases of taking it apart and putting it back together solving something.

They were excellent. From the beginning of the project to the end I was assigned to one representative who oversaw all of the work and they were very quick to get me an estimate. Very quick to get the air conditioning system installed and I’ve had no problems with it since it was installed. They were also the lowest price I got as far as estimate so I felt like it was a real win for because it was the lowest priced person, but with spectacular results. I have not had a single problem. It was super quick from the time I called them until the time it was installed.

They came and they did a good job, they were clean and courteous and friendly.

When I called upfront, they told me they would charge $129 to diagnose all 3 of my A/C units. When they arrived, they said the charge was PER unit ($129 x 3). I'm certain I am not mistaken about what they told me on the phone because my husband was in the room listening to me. I expected that they would charge per unit, so when they said the $129 would cover all 3, I repeated and confirmed what they said a couple of times. The only reason I had selected them was because they were cheaper, given this deal.
They arrived at my house more than an hour later than the service window they had given me and did not apologize or even bring it up. After I found out that they charged per unit, I had them only service one. The final charge was $338 after adding refrigerant and making a minor fix they said that I needed. I called Levco for my other two A/C units, and they charged $79 per unit and the service person seemed much more knowledgable and experienced. What's more, the Air Solutions people told me it was important to service my air conditioner twice a year. Really? The Levco person said once a year was sufficient (so long as I replace the filters when needed).

My furnace was leaking water.  The problem was a missing water pump used to collect and drain water from the furnace unit.  The technician was able to fix the problem on the spot, and while he was at it, re-routed the drain from the air conditioner to flow through the same pump.  Replaced loose pipes and hoses as well.  Considering the pump cost alone was over $200, the cost for the service seemed very reasonable.  The technician was very personable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I would use their services again, no question.

I called Air Solutions at around 4pm and within 45 minutes I had a tech at my house (and I do not have a contract with them).
Their Tech went up into the attic and repaired the unit replacing a relay on the blower unit and also did some maintenance that I had not had done in 10 years of owning the system. I'm not a fan of spending big money on annual contracts if the system works, so I had some things that needed some attention. The system was up and running within 90 minutes and is cool and quiet. Overall I'm very pleased with this company. Obviously it's not cheap, but compared to what I thought it might cost I was pleased with how the situation turned out.

I called Air Solutions based on their reviews and recommendations from my contractor and electrician. I was not disappointed. The serviceman showed up on time and was diligent at his work. He was polite, professional and thorough in his review including climbing in my attic and outside into the rain. He spent close to two hours ensuring the system was in good working order. I thought it was excellent value for the money I spent and will definitely call them again.

Having been disappointed with many of the contractors that I have used lately it was such a pleasant suprise to have found Air Solutions. They came on time, were neat as a pin, provided the services requested, tested the system, asked my advice as to where things should be vented and performed superbly. The crew was polite and by the end of the day my system was running like a charm. The cost of this vendor was a little higher tha the other quotes I had received but in the end the quality of the service outweighed any difference in price. I can unconditionally recommend them.

The job went great! They showed up for a consultation, advised me of all of my options, negotiated a price, and set a start/completion time schedule. They arrive on schedule and stayed on the work schedule that they agreed to. Some of the work occurred during the cooler months and they were able to setup temporary propane heat and hot water for me while the transfer was being completed to natural gas. They had recommended excellent contractors to install the underground gas lines and electricians to wire the new system. Very professional, neat, clean and everything works as promised. My entire three family house has perfectly maintained temperature year round. The systems are so quiet that I am unaware they're even on. I set the temperature once for summer/winter and never have to think about it again. Service is great in answering all questions post installation and spring/fall service is automatically setup for me so I don't have to worry about maintenance. Internet accessible thermostats let me check on, change temperature, adjust humidity or turn system on/off from anywhere. Couldn't be happier and definitely recommend Air Solutions for all HVAC and propane work.

They came out and gave me an estimate, after testing the system to see what worked and what did not. I had one other estimate that was about the same, but which came with less high quality equipment. They showed up on time, tested things, and gave me the estimate within a few days. When I said OK, they again were on time, took out the old equipment, some of which was in the attic only accessible by ladder, and installed everything within the same day. It has worked fine since. They also gave me a one year warranty, and will give me a quote for a service contract when it expires.
