I hired Stonegate to totally redo a bad stucco job by a different contractor. My stucco around the garage had cracks and blotches from where the other contractor did sloppy work. He took the time to repair any cracks that developed, evened out the mounds of concrete from other contractor and re-stuccoed the whole wall and inside walls to look brand new. Would highly recommend him. His workers are professional, pleasant, helpful and really take care to make sure the job is done right.

Amazing transformation! Beautiful curb appeal where it had been an eyesore. Also mulched and edged beds and restoring parts of the lawn around the property. Starting a program to bring lawn back from the weeds.

I did a review for this company before and gave them a bad review. The company resolved any issues I had, so this company does care about the work they do and the people they are doing the work for. In my bad review I mentioned a worker stole a shovel from my home so please disregard that review the company was very supportive and resolved everything. Due to that I did hire this company again. The rep from the company gave me a free estimate. Once I was ready we worked out a date to start the job. His workers was at my home everyday on time and left at the same time everyday. The job went quickly because they had two teams that came an outside team that worked on the outside and a inside team that focused on the inside which made the job go by so fast that was great

The Stonegate crew once again did an excellent job. I might add that the same mason from 2012, worked on this project as well. To me a low staff turnover rate is a good sign. Anyway, Tim promptly returned calls and his crew showed up on the appointed day. They worked for 5 days and the results were great. When the need arises, I'll hire them again.

It went extremely well. Tim came over and made a full and careful evaluation of what needed to be done. He then sent me the estimate. About a month later I called to schedule work. The crew was fantastic! From the begining I was worried about having work done that takes more than a day because I knew that contractors can be unreliable. But I was assured by Tim that he puts one crew on one job at a time. Sure enough they showed up on the first day bright and early and ready to work . During one of the hottest summers on record, these guys patched a huge whole in my front retaining wall. They had to saw out a very stubborn and deeply rooted stump in order to do it but they did it. They then moved to the rear and the larger job of tearing down what remained of my retaining wall and proceeded to rebuild it stone by stone. They were diligent, professional and thorough. Since I had to use my yard to exercise my dog, they even tried to accommodate my schedule. They work was gorgeous and really excellent quality. Additionally, I have never experienced a construction crew of any kind, who cleaned up so well when they were done. Once the rear wall was complete, they moved on to patching my front steps. They really went the extra mile not simply "patching" but removing whole parts and partially rebuilding the stairs so the work would actually last. We are very grateful.

Stonegate did an excellent job on the repairs while maintaining the original appearance of the house. Tim provided great advice on how to proceed with the repairs and the crew was courteous and conscientious. They were careful not to damage our landscaping and cleaned up nicely at the end of each work day not leaving any mess or potentially dangerous conditions when the left the job site. The project took five days from start to finish which was just what Tim told us to anticipate. Approximate cost was $15,000.00.

Our house in Yonkers sits well above the street. The stone stair case was as old as the 100 year old house. It had been repaired several times over the years and needed to be torn out and replacement. Once torn out Tim Kelly and his crew were painstaking with the construction of the new Bluestone staircase and landing. There eyes were always open and volunteered there thoughts and suggestions. Each suggestion they implemented ( adding time and material to the job ) there was no addition charge. It was important to them that the job looked good when finished. And, that I was completely satisfied, which I am ! I also had a couple of other masonry jobs I noticed after Tim gave me the price for the staircase. I was fully expecting to pay him above what we agreed on for the staircase. But Tim just took care of it without adding one penny to the price.
It took several days to complete the job. At the end of each day they left the property neat and the materials orderly. I could not be more pleased with the experience and the result. If you want to see the job swing by and check it out. Everyone who has seen it loves it.

Very satisfied with Tim's work and his quick response time to my call, giving me an estimate and starting work. Happened very fast and would recommend to my neighbors and use him again.

Very professional. Called me back and provided an estimate immediately. A little more money than some others but I feel I got what I paid for.

Everything was done correctly.  After one year the retaining wall is still standing without issues.  Also the water drainage problem was fixed.  These guys are professionals and take pride in what they do.  They even put in a little retaining wall on the side from the stones found on the property excellent job.

It went very well. Tim did everything he said he was going to do. It was done professionally. His workers were great. We are very happy with the job. The only problem that we found was not getting back to us in a timely manner because the they were training a new person in the office. We had to follow up with the calls. But when we called Tim immediately responded.

He was very honest.  He did a good job repairing my porch.

Work performed as expected. High quality. They came when they said they would.

Tim does immaculate work. He is easy to work with and his prices were fair. He is responsive and a perfectionist. He makes his customers happy.

Stonegate repointed our stone chimney.  They were prompt in responding
to my inquiry and very quick with a quote.  The entire team was so
professional cleaned up perfectly every night.  Our chimney looks
beautiful and, even better, it doesn't leak anymore!
Two other
companies told us that we needed to take our entire chimney down and
re-build it.  They were quoting us over $30,000.  Stonegate told us that
it wasn't necessary and they were right!

His workers were excellent, did their jobs diligently and cleaned up afterwards. The houses are close together and they cleaned up the debris that blew into my neighbor's yard. The neighbors were appreciative and made a point to tell me.
