The air conditioners that were taken out were large, non-energy efficient air conditioners and Bob installed a decorative molding around the units - it looks like it should have been there since the condo was built. "John arrived right on time.  After giving him my list, he went straight to work on the gutters.  He explained to me that the gutter guards I purchased did not fit properly and suggested I take them back (which I agreed).  He changed the 4 sensor lights which were on the roof and about 25 feet from the ground and then moved into the laundry room to replace the light fixture.  He saved the biggest problem for last...the kitchen sink.  After evaluating the sink and weighing his options, he finally had to call a plumber friend for advice.  The plumber friend suggested ordering a whole new faucet. (the faucet cost $275.00 mind you) John looked up the faucet on line, reviewed the breakdown of the parts and was able to see where the issue was that needed repairing.  After completing the sink repair, John completed the job by painting a wall in the bedroom.  Thank you John and I look forward to working with you in the near future!
