I would not recommend this company. While Guy and Joe were at our house working, an envelope of cash went missing (about $4K). We filed the police report. Based on my conversation with Joe, I think he is the one who stole our money. We now have to get another company to finish the work they started. Do not hire this company. Watch their every move when they are in the house. Response: There was a family member staying with us during the time Guy came to work for us. The individual was not just another contractor. And he was missing $90 as well. I do find it very interesting that Guy is proclaiming his innocence even though we never accused him of anything. I will say it again: we are not accusing Guy of anything; we think it was Joe who stole the money. Yet Guy has never defended Joe. Perhaps he suspects Joe as well? That's what it looks like from my vantage point. Guy worked for us for 2 1/2 days and was more than adequately compensated because of the deposit that was required. One last thing. It is not very professional to discuss the service we requested. What does it matter how many cameras we want? Yet another reason not to hire this company.

"First it started at $3K missing (Who puts 3K in a suitcase to "hide" it?) Then it became $4K. Then after a day, $90 was presumed missing from a wallet. Red flags should have gone off when we looked at this project. Who puts security cameras in every single room, yes, every room ( with exception of the bathrooms) Trust issues is there? It's really a shame that we did not have any of the cameras in operation to go back and look at footage. Funny how this client didn't even mention that there was another contractor in the house that also was not in close supervision. They didn't even mention this to the police. I am a company of 1. Why would I risk my reputation and possibly fold a business I have worked so hard for $4K? Certainly this is not an amount I could have retired from. With about 1.5 hours of drive one way, each day, we worked for 3 days on this project. A deposit was received however, the labor was never paid for. This is 3 days pay along with travel expenses that will never be seen. Kind of a convenient way of getting out of paying for a job. I will be contacting my lawyer for this review being left. There were no charges and no arrests. Not even the police believe this. Also, looking to see legal rights to get paid for hours worked. Libel is punishable by law. See you in court."

They are very good at what they do ,they know about the product and give you options.they treat you like family.after the work is done the work area is cleaned up very nicely.I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

Home Theater Accessory Installation
I contacted Sight and Sound Communications to install a tivo box to our home network. They were scheduled to be in my area the next day. I explained my problem, scheduled an appointment. Guy was professional, friendly and knowledgeable he had the problem solved in about 1 hour. The price he charged for his service was excellent. I would highly recommend Sight and Sound Communications for your technology needs.

Initially I had my doubts but things turned out great. He was professional and cleaned up after working. My only thing was I got quoted one price with material and then hit with another one higher.
