"AVI did a great job removing the asbestos. They were very clean. A problem created was that one of the steam pipes which had the asbestos wrapping removed, opened at a seam and began to leak water very regularly. They did show this to me but said the leak was already there. This would not be true or I would have had water on my floor and stains on the wrapping prior to the removal. There is a lot of grinding that is done to remove the asbestos from the pipe surface. This was likely the cause of this leak. I had to have the pipe changed at another cost to me of $700. They did not take any responsibility for the leak. That is why I would hesitate to recommend them."

We had and entire basement that was destroyed by water and toxic mold. They moved, cleaned, and restored the entire basement. Over 40 years of a family of 9 children and 2 adults possessions were handled by the crew meticulously. Everything from clothes to fine China was handled with care and respect. The entire crew not only showed up on time but early each day to work. They were not only kind with myself and my husband but they were wonderful to each one of my 9 children.
