"I usually ask friends for recommendations. However, with Deckwashing Plus (the name says it all), the 4.9 rating on Angi and the excellent reviews grabbed my attention right away. I googled other companies and none compared. And a phone conversation with Aaron Jacobs, the owner, was impressive enough to look no further. He was very accommodating and patiently answered all my questions. He powerwashed a balcony and large back deck, both with railings (and mildew), and a front deck (with mildew) in about three hours. The balcony and decks are by Azek, and he used and liked the Azek cleaner we provided. I’m a particular person and he listened to and fulfilled all my requests. I highly recommend hiring Aaron and truly believe you will be MORE than satisfied!"

"Dave did really good work, particularly with the drywall. He got back to me quickly, asked me questions when he needed to, and made three separate trips to get the work completed quickly. The reason for the B instead of an A is the cost (about $100 more than another estimate I got) and the fact that I he didn't have all the necessary tools to do the job (I had to cut wood for him to put behind the drywall and we needed to use my cordless drill to hang the medicine cabinet together). All that said, he was friendly, professional and did good work, so I would hire him again."

Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar.
