Termites had destroyed several studs in the frame so we renegotiated the price. He then removed and replaced the termite damaged wood, repaired some cracks in the exterior wall, then finished the job by installing the drywall. He covered everything up during sanding and  cleaned up whatever mess was made while conducting his job. He was also very helpful in explaining his intentions during the job and executed those  plans  in a timely and professional manner.
