Mr. Brian Mitchell, the owner and his crew (Leo, Jose, Ricardo, Rudy) are highly trained professionals and great people to do business with. Attention to all details, to all my feisty tastes, changes, ideas. Answers to all my questions, great verbal, e-mail and texting communications with all required pictures. Very good pricing, accurate, no surprises. They sent all electric, gas, water/sewer companies to mark the entire area in preparation for work. They removed old pond, waterfall, replaced water piping with new one, hidden under concrete. All cleaning after each day of work. They have all the machines and tools needed for masonry, granite, trees, flowers, grass, etc. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to continue working with this crew for the back of my house, driveway, etc. Didn't stop to what was written in contract, added little details with pleasure, no overcharge. I highly commend and recommend to everybody. Thank you so much, we're so happy with the new look."

She then sent over the prints and asked us to review. We had a phone call with her to tell her what we liked, didn't, and things we talked through to make the plans better. She then worked to finish the plans and is now working with my building inspector to make sure everything is good.
