I am SO HAPPY with the floor plans Gregory did for me. Prior, this had been such a hassle for me trying to get floor plans done for my rental property. Gregory was very patient with me and my many questions. The house is very old with so many corners and small areas. He was prompt and professional. I will definitely recommend him and call him when this type of service is needed

The architect was great at capturing my needs and vision and provided me with suggestions to maximize the space and make it functional. Her suggestions were modern and gave the space a clean cut feel while making it cozy and inviting. She also modified a few things upon request to ensure I stuck to budget without losing my vision for the space.
