Get matched with top siding pros in Penn Yan, NY

"We went with Stellar roofing bc from start to finish they were very professional and upfront. They not only matched a competitors price they beat their price. They came out took pictures as the job was being done, kept in contact with me throughout the whole job! They cleaned very thoroughly and above all else my house looks great! Thank you Stellar for doing a fantastic job!"

"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"My project involved replacement of some vinyl siding that had blown off during a winter storm. Trevor came to my home to work up an estimate, and was back within two weeks to perform the work. He and his assistant had the work completed in less than two hours. They were courteous and left the work site clean. He even removed some moss from my siding while he was doing the installation. The job was reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Trevor at Precision Renovations to anyone."

"Stellar, Jay, and Rick were very professional and helpful. Jay helped us work with our insurance so we didn't have that extra stress on top of needing the home repair. Everything turned out great, and we are SO happy with our new roof! I gladly sing Stellar's praises, and would recommend them to anyone! They worked hard to get a quality roof on with some spotty Rochester weather, and the team deserves an enormous thanks!"

"Excellent! These guys fixed my roof and installed new gutters. The work quality was excellent very professional. Worked around my wife's flower beds and stayed until the job was done no excuses. We had 3 other estimates Southern District Contracting Services beat all three estimates and pointed out other issues. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the great work."

"Very polite and interested in your needs. Would have loved the windowsill outside cleaned also. Otherwise very satisfied."

"They were top notch from top to bottom! The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. I am delighted that I chose Champion!"

"IT went fantastic. Great to work with. Cleaned up their mess."
