"They came out and gave an estimate for a new boiler and we contracted with them for the replacement. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a few issues after the installation with air getting in the line and blocking the flow of hot water. However, Our installation came with a 1 year service contract and they returned to remedy the problem promptly and professionally. Bell stands behind their work. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "We can't say enough about The Belunek Company. Dave (the owner) provided us with a detailed report of his service along with a very fair price for his services. Our drainage system was damaged which led to flooding of the drains around our house. Then, you guessed it, we battled with flooding in our basement. He did a fabulous job and respected our property from beginning to end. He gently removed and replaced hedges that impeded the repair. The repair was reseeded and the hedges were mulched after he replaced them. The job is finished and he left the work area better than he found it. We received quotes for 5 times as much for half the work. Don't look any further for quality work at a price that is more than reasonable."
