I had water coming into my basement during heavy rainfall. Javed diagnosed and meticulously corrected the problem. The basement is dry now after a heavy rain yesterday. His prices are reasonable, he is on time, and he is thorough and meticulous in completing the job successfully, taking his time to do it right. I will use Sial Construction again and recommend them to others.

Very professional. Workers start promptly at 8am. With the owner of the company over viewing the work. The work was done beautifully and clean. Also did siding and the work was A+ will definitely call again. Also love the convenience of being able to use my credit card as payment.

I hired Sial Construction Inc. Javed and his staff were on time everyday and worked to paint my house and painted all doors. They did an amazing job and it looks beautiful. His quote was reasonable and the work done is perfect. He repaired cracks on the doors and the wall and they cleaned up after their work. I will definitely reach out to Sial Construction when I need other work done in the house. I would highly recommend Sial construction Inc.

Free estimate. Professional work. Workers did a great job and worked really hard during a heat wave. I took pictures as the work progressed- it was great! I recommended ATLAS shingles (as seen on HGTV) and the owner went above and beyond to go with me (30 minutes away) to purchase the high-grade shingles. These guys were fabulous! *One thing to work on….the little strips of plastic taken off of the shingles should be gathered in a way that aides cleanup. Overall….Great! I already hired them for another project!!!!!!!!!

The project was overestimated! the contractor did not use proper material or equipment, ie: cutting stone caused stone dust everywhere @property and neighbors. Did not use treated lumber for outdoor application . Did not follow my request or manufacturers recommendations for tampering, sealing paver joints/seams/edge. The project looks ok but I am afraid it will not last a couple of years without maintenance /redoing. Thumbs down!

Hired them for concrete installation and they done the job on time with professionally, initially i just want them to repair the part of concrete but Mr. Javed gave me suggestion to do all concrete together it will be good for longer time and sooner or later i had to do all and he gave me very good quotation so I decided to do all and when he done the job i really like the whole new concrete.
