I explained this issue with Kyle who followed through until the proposal was acceptable to me. The work crew was exceptional in that they were punctual, worked quickly, neatly and were, without question, among the hardest workers ever to have done a construction project for me. The crew was headed by Wilver along with his guys - Manuel and Jose. Again, I will refrain from commenting on the expected results of the work performed until the appropriate circumstances occur. "I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. "Bobby and his crew answered all my questions, they were respectful and extremely helpful. Bobby and crew went above and beyond what was on the contract. My house looks beautiful, they power washed entire building, pained the sidewall of the building with thorocoat, front of house was pointed where necessary and applied waterproofing sealer, glass block window, painted stoop and stairs, cemented cracks on stoop and sidewalk, painted outside railing and applied cement in basement where needed. I have to say some of what was done wasnâ  t even on the contract, so they went above what was expected and to my surprise Bobby didnâ  t charge extra. Being a single woman who has had bad experiences with contractors and their disgraceful personalities, having Bobby and his crew work on my property was a pleasure and breath of fresh air. I would hire Bobby and his crew again and recommend them in a heart beat. Best work!!"
